Solution Architect – Dubai, UAE

About the role

Fireblocks is seeking a Solution Architect to lead technical delivery of its digital asset platform for major banks and financial institutions in the Middle East. The role spans from deal closure through to production, combining architecture design, integration and deployment on customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of Fireblocks implementations for enterprise customers, from post‑sale transition to production.
• Design and document enterprise setups, including API integrations, security architecture and reference architectures.
• Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation and Travel Rule compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, R&D and customers to solve integration challenges and support pre‑sales technical discovery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience delivering post‑sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
• Experience with blockchain, cryptography, Web3 technologies or enterprise financial systems; both is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of IT security, cloud platforms and enterprise architecture best practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is desirable.
