Solution Architect

About the role

Salesforce is expanding its team with a passionate Solution Architect who will guide customers in maximizing the use of Salesforce products. The role focuses on translating business requirements into effective, multi‑cloud solutions that drive digital transformation and superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi‑cloud implementation touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand detailed business processes and translate them into technical designs.
• Create prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and mockups to elicit and define requirements.
• Own user stories and business‑requirements documents, feeding them into agile sprints for the scrum team.
• Support UAT and Go‑Live activities, including test planning, script development, execution, and reporting.
• Analyze data requirements, map them to Salesforce objects or external REST endpoints, and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of CRM experience, preferably with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to translate business strategies into effective implementation designs.
• Strong written and visual communication skills for documenting requirements, flowcharts, and videos.
• Self‑directed with experience breaking down complex processes and managing timelines.
• Familiarity with process‑modeling tools, project‑management methodologies, data modeling, and systems analysis.
