Solutions Architect – IT & Data Center

About the role

Submer is looking for a senior Solutions Architect to lead technical engagements for AI‑focused data centre projects across the Middle East. You will act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring Submer’s high‑density, liquid‑cooled infrastructure meets complex IT requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre‑sales and technical tender activities, translating customer needs into Submer solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the Middle East sales team to build trusted technical relationships.
• Validate and qualify opportunities from an IT perspective, aligning them with Submer’s technology roadmap.
• Develop detailed technical proposals covering servers, networking, and communication system integration.
• Review and produce preliminary IT architecture designs that fit within the customer’s ecosystem.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre‑sales, technical sales, or solutions architecture.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical tenders and customer engagements.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
