Solutions Engineer – MENA

About the role

Telnyx is looking for a Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of its cloud communications platform across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You will act as the technical bridge between the sales team and customers, translating complex telecom and networking capabilities into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with MENA sales representatives to own the technical side of opportunities from discovery through close.
• Lead technical discovery sessions, understand customer architecture, pain points, and business goals.
• Design and present solution architectures that leverage Telnyx APIs, SIP/VoIP, and cloud infrastructure.
• Deliver product demos, proof‑of‑concept implementations, and address technical objections.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to customers and assist in removing blockers that could delay deals.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of telecom, cloud infrastructure, networking, and SIP/VoIP technologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Gulf Arabic.
• Ability to engage with technical and business audiences, from developers to C‑level executives.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, regional environment.
