About the role

Join the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah team as a Spa & Leisure Receptionist and become the first point of contact for guests seeking relaxation and recreation. You will ensure smooth spa operations while delivering memorable hospitality experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly, answer inquiries, and provide information about spa services, leisure facilities, and hotel amenities.
• Manage spa appointment schedules, confirm bookings, and communicate any changes promptly.
• Assist guests with tennis court reservations, group exercise classes, and special events.
• Handle guest complaints, conduct research for solutions, and negotiate satisfactory outcomes.
• Process guest check‑ins and check‑outs, verify information, collect payments, and issue receipts.
• Answer phone calls and emails, addressing appointment requests and general service queries.
• Promote and sell retail products such as skincare items and spa accessories, offering recommendations.
• Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and maintaining confidential guest records.
• Handle cash and credit‑card transactions, reconcile registers, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Identify opportunities to up‑sell or cross‑sell services and products to enhance revenue.

Required profile

• Friendly, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and alert during busy periods and emergency situations.
• Proven experience in hospitality or front‑desk environments.
