Spa Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead the daily activities of the award‑winning Talise Ottoman Spa at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, a luxury beachside resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, ensuring facilities meet brand standards, shifts are efficiently scheduled and guest administration is accurate.
• Maintain luxury‑level guest experience, oversee safety measures and protect guest confidentiality.
• Serve as the primary contact for dignitaries, VIP and VVIP guests, coordinating personalized spa experiences.
• Handle guest interactions, accommodate special requests, resolve concerns promptly and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Develop and promote spa, fitness and membership programmes, including professional and retail product offerings.
• Implement up‑selling strategies to maximise revenue from spa and wellness services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards.
• Oversee staff scheduling, payroll processing, training, coaching and mentoring of spa team members.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing spa or wellness operations in a luxury hospitality environment.
• Demonstrated ability to serve high‑profile guests (VIP/VVIP) with exceptional hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety and regulatory requirements for spa facilities.
• Leadership experience in staff scheduling, payroll, training and performance management.
