Spa Receptionist

About the role

The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the resort’s spa. You will ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive until they leave, handling appointments, payments and enquiries with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, manage appointment bookings and cancellations.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest enquiries promptly.
• Process cash and credit‑card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Coordinate with spa therapists and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and courtesy.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a hotel or resort environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Ability to handle cash and credit‑card transactions responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office and reservation software.
