Spa Service Expert

About the role

The Spa Service Expert supports essential spa functions at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Sharjah. You will help create memorable, unique experiences for guests by promoting services, handling reservations, and ensuring smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and answer service‑related questions.
• Check‑in guests, process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
• Operate reservation software to verify and update booking information.
• Stand, walk, and move around the spa area for extended periods, including navigating uneven or slippery surfaces.
• Lift, carry, push or pull objects up to 10 lb unaided and up to 25 lb with assistance.
• Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold professional appearance and communication standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for long periods and perform physical tasks as described.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and professional conduct.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with reservation software.
• Fundamental math skills for handling payments.
• Physical ability to lift and move items within the specified weight limits.
