About the role
The Spa Therapist at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal delivers memorable spa experiences for guests. You will promote spa services and retail, manage reservations, and ensure every interaction feels part of the overall luxury experience.
Key responsibilities
- Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
- Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and process payments.
- Check‑in guests, answer service‑related questions, and provide accurate information.
- Operate reservation software, verifying details visually.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with assistance), reaching, bending, and walking on varied surfaces.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
