About the role
Join Emaar’s General Spa VAJ as a Spa Therapist and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, 5‑star hospitality environment. You will be the face of our brand throughout the guest journey, ensuring every visitor leaves as a happy fan of our hotels.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a full range of spa treatments to the highest standards.
- Maintain flawless service delivery from welcome to farewell.
- Execute operational tasks in line with service standards and procedures.
- Proactively prevent complaints and manage service recovery when needed.
- Communicate effectively with fellow ambassadors, always prioritising guest interests.
Required profile
- Genuine service personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Recognised qualification in Spa Therapy.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hospitality setting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
- At least a high‑school diploma; a degree in Hotel Management or related field is preferred.
