Spanish-speaking Sales Agent – Dubai (Call Center)

About the role

This position is for a Spanish‑speaking sales professional to join an international automotive company’s call centre in Dubai. You will work on outbound B2B calls targeting garages and automotive businesses in Spain, promoting a platform for tyres and auto parts. The role offers a fast‑track environment for junior candidates to develop commercial and sales expertise abroad.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to garages and automotive professionals in Spain.
• Present the company’s B2B platform for tyres and auto parts.
• Generate interest and identify business opportunities with potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads.
• Contribute to order generation and overall market development.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (native preferred) and good level of English.
• Clear, professional phone manner and strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone and handling objections.
• Motivated, resilient, target‑driven with a commercial mindset.
• Junior candidates are welcome; attitude and motivation are valued over years of experience.
