Specialist Completion / ICAPs – Offshore (WHTs, Subsea Cable & Piping)

About the role

Penspen is seeking a Specialist Completion / ICAPs professional to lead offshore completion activities for wellhead towers (WHTs), subsea cables, piping and bridge frames on a major PMC project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on preparing systems for commissioning, managing handover documentation and ensuring all interfaces are properly coordinated.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage offshore completion and ICAP activities for WHTs, subsea cables, piping and bridge frames.
• Develop, review and implement completion procedures, ICAP plans and system handover documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning and operations teams to ensure smooth interface management.
• Conduct walkdowns, punch‑list management and system testing to verify completion status.
• Track progress, report status and support final handover and acceptance of offshore systems.
• Ensure compliance with client specifications, project standards and HSE requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience with strong offshore exposure.
• Relevant offshore certifications such as BOSIET and HUET.
• Previous PMC experience preferred; experience on ADNOC projects is an advantage.
