Specialist – Contracts & Commercial (EPC / FEED / PMC)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Specialist in Contracts & Commercial to lead the management of EPC, FEED, PMC and consultancy contracts. The role involves overseeing the full contract lifecycle, from pre‑award tendering to post‑award administration, while providing commercial support to project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and administer EPC, FEED, PMC and consultancy contracts in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Interpret contract terms, identify risks, and ensure compliance with obligations, deliverables and milestones.
• Lead pre‑award activities, prepare tender documents, evaluate bids, and support contract award recommendations.
• Handle contract variations, change orders, claims and extensions of time, and prepare responses for dispute resolution.
• Provide commercial support during execution, including cost control, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Act as the primary client contact on contractual matters and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in contracts and commercial management within EPC/FEED/PMC environments.
• Proven client‑facing experience and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
