Specialist Digitalization Engineer (Greenfield)

About the role

The Specialist Digitalization Engineer (Greenfield) will lead digital engineering, information management and smart‑asset initiatives for a major offshore project. Based in Abu Dhabi, the role supports the full project lifecycle from FEED through EPC, commissioning, start‑up and hand‑over, ensuring that all engineering and asset data are structured for future operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement project digitalization strategies aligned with ADNOC Offshore standards.
• Define digital engineering requirements, data standards, governance frameworks and monitor compliance across EPC contractors.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of Project Information Models (PIM) and Asset Information Models (AIM).
• Coordinate the integration of engineering data into Digital Twin and Smart Asset solutions.
• Ensure that all engineering deliverables are captured, classified and ready for operational use.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive digital transformation throughout the project.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital engineering for offshore or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Familiarity with ADNOC information‑management and digitalization requirements.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex data workflows.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle, reliability and performance management.
