Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Provide patient‑centric, evidence‑based consultant level care while adhering to ethical and professional standards set by Mediclinic and UAE regulatory authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, ethical clinical services to obstetric and gynaecology patients efficiently.
• Monitor and manage clinical risks associated with direct patient care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical governance and quality‑management standards.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date medical records.
• Promote continuous professional development for self and colleagues.
• Uphold integrity by performing clinical services responsibly and ethically.

Required profile

• Basic medical degree plus a recognised specialty qualification/fellowship or diploma approved by the UAE healthcare authority.
• Current registration and certification in the obstetrics & gynaecology specialty recognised by UAE authorities.
• Active, valid life‑support certifications (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP).
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience at specialist level (independent of country).
• Preferably at least 1 year specialist experience in a Tier 1 country as defined by UAE regulators.
