Specialist Planning and Performance

About the role

The Specialist Planning and Performance will develop, implement and monitor strategic plans and performance management frameworks for ADNOC Logistics & Services. The role ensures that KPIs, project milestones and operational goals are achieved efficiently, supporting the company’s overall success.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to create long‑term strategic plans aligned with corporate objectives.
• Coordinate and lead the development of detailed operational plans, defining timelines, resources and deliverables.
• Monitor plan execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Design and implement performance monitoring systems across departments and projects.
• Establish and track KPIs, preparing regular performance reports for senior leadership.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for optimisation.
• Identify and drive process‑improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring and process improvement.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on results.
