Specialty Restaurant Manager – Royal Stables Club

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Specialty Restaurant Manager to lead the Royal Stables Private Members Club’s signature dining concept in Abu Dhabi. The role combines operational leadership, guest relationship management and commercial accountability to position the restaurant as a premier destination for members and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and hygiene.
• Build and maintain personalized relationships with members, anticipating preferences and delivering tailored dining experiences.
• Lead, coach and develop a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to refine menus, service concepts and overall guest experience.
• Drive revenue through upselling, cost control, productivity improvements and effective resource planning.
• Monitor guest feedback and market trends, translating insights into operational enhancements.
• Manage reservations, table turnover, staffing schedules, inventory and other operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, licensing and club standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in restaurant or F&B management, preferably within a luxury or private club environment.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting member relationships.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Experience with inventory and cost control systems.
• Ability to analyse financial reports and implement revenue‑optimisation strategies.
