Sr Construction Installation Manager

About the role

Worley is seeking a Senior Construction Installation Manager to lead the safe, on‑time and cost‑effective delivery of a major project in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees the PMC construction team, coordinates all construction activities and ensures the project meets HSSEQ, quality and value objectives for the owner and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the project safety culture and lead HSSE engagement on‑site.
• Identify, evaluate and resolve construction issues throughout all project phases.
• Develop and implement an effective safety plan for construction, pre‑commissioning, commissioning and start‑up.
• Coordinate constructability reviews from FEED through EPC completion with all relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure EPC and other contractors comply with HSSE and quality standards.
• Facilitate cooperation between PMC, contractors and the owner’s construction personnel.
• Negotiate and obtain owner approvals for site close‑out procedures.
• Arrange licensor site inspections and review contractor procedures, method statements and fabrication drawings.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in managing large‑scale construction teams, including engineers and supervisors.
• Strong understanding of HSSEQ goals, EPC contracts and construction lifecycle.
• Ability to ensure competence of PMC construction personnel against contract scope.
• Excellent coordination skills with owners, contractors and licensor representatives.
