About the role

The Sr. Director, EMEA Power Product Management leads the regional product portfolio strategy for Vertiv’s Power Business Unit across eight distinct product lines. Reporting to global Business Units, the role translates EMEA market demands—especially AI Factory, hyperscale, and colocation growth—into funded global roadmap commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Shift the regional operating model from reactive single‑digit growth to a proactive framework supporting 30‑40% portfolio expansion.
• Act as a strategic partner to global R&D and Business Unit leaders, influencing platform investment decisions.
• Define the EMEA Power product vision and multi‑year portfolio strategy in collaboration with global teams.
• Build, lead, and hold accountable the regional Product Line Manager team to ensure product quality, lead‑time, and availability are competitive differentiators.
• Manage a Power product portfolio valued at approximately $1 billion with a mandate to double the business within three years.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in product management within the power or related technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to influence global R&D and business stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering strategic growth initiatives in fast‑moving, high‑growth markets.
• Strong commercial acumen to build business cases for regional requirements.
