Sr Enterprise Architect

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the Customer Experience Architecture practice across its Dubai operations. The role focuses on aligning technology strategy with business goals, driving transformation programs, and ensuring governance of enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage EA governance, standards, principles, roadmaps, reporting and communication.
• Define and maintain architecture for customer channels, CRM, loyalty, DAM, CMS, e‑commerce and related platforms.
• Assess emerging technologies, evaluate business cases, costs and risks, and recommend fit‑for‑purpose platforms.
• Translate business drivers and operating models into scalable enterprise and solution architectures.
• Lead application portfolio rationalisation, identify redundancies and drive consolidation roadmaps.
• Support demand and change advisory boards, oversee architecture alignment throughout the SDLC.
• Lead major transformation programmes such as CRM migrations and identify digital innovation opportunities.
• Develop value propositions, cost‑benefit analyses and manage financial, risk and stakeholder considerations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of experience in enterprise architecture.
• Proven experience leading customer‑experience architecture initiatives.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance, transformation programmes and portfolio rationalisation.
• Ability to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and to communicate with senior stakeholders.
