Sr. Technical Program Manager, AMET Supply Chain Team

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead automation initiatives for the AMET Supply Chain Team in Dubai. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and scaling AWS‑based solutions that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance the customer experience across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy aligned with Amazon’s supply chain objectives, prioritizing AWS and SCOT solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end automation projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risk mitigation.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AWS services—including SageMaker, Comprehend, Rekognition, Lambda, S3, and EC2—to meet specific automation needs.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and cross‑functional teams to design functional requirements and technical specifications.
• Provide post‑launch support and continuous improvement for deployed solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience leading complex automation projects in a supply chain environment.
• Proven expertise with SCOT and AWS technologies, especially AI/ML services.
• Strong leadership, technical acumen, and ability to work across diverse teams.
• Passion for innovation and operational excellence.
