Steward – Back of House Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Steward to join the back‑of‑house team at Rixos Marina Abu Dhabi, a luxury hotel within the Accor portfolio. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all kitchen and service areas. You will work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure operational standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all surfaces in kitchen and service areas.
• Keep floors and work zones free of hazards and obstructions.
• Operate and maintain kitchen cleaning equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.

Required profile

• Organised and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in operating kitchen cleaning equipment.
