Steward – Catering & Banquets

About the role

We are looking for a Steward to join the Kitchen Stewards team at Wynn Al Marjan Island. The role supports catering and banquet operations by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen equipment and serviceware.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and store crockery, pots, glassware and sanitize kitchen equipment, work areas, ovens, stovetops, floors and ceilings.
• Handle, use and store cleaning chemicals safely and according to procedures.
• Remove and dispose of kitchen waste and garbage.
• Assist the Steward Team Leader and Supervisor with assigned duties and attend departmental meetings.
• Promote teamwork, multicultural communication and adhere to health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Secondary school completion; higher education considered an asset.
• At least 1 year experience in a 5‑star hotel or integrated resort (preferred).
• Physically fit for high‑area cleaning, heavy lifting and large equipment handling.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
