Steward – Dubai Palm Jumeirah

About the role

Join Hilton’s award‑winning team on the iconic Palm Jumeirah and be the backbone of a spotless kitchen and dining experience. As a Steward you will ensure every piece of serviceware shines and that the kitchen environment meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels of supplies and equipment.
• Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness, including mopping floors and removing waste.
• Prepare and set up serviceware for banquets, events and daily service.
• Handle hazardous substances safely and follow all health‑and‑safety regulations.
• Report any hazards, maintenance issues or equipment faults to the supervisor promptly.
• Train and mentor new team members to uphold quality standards.
