Stock Controller - 3-Month Contract (Own Visa/Freelance Candidates)

About the role

One of our client is looking for an organized and detail‑oriented Stock Controller to support the Stock Control Operations team. The role involves managing vehicle tracking information, processing financial documentation, maintaining customs data, monitoring shipments and preparing documentation for stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor and update vehicle Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) data, ensuring real‑time shipment visibility.
• Process credit notes accurately, verify supporting documents and coordinate with Finance, Accounts and IT to resolve discrepancies.
• Update and maintain customs‑related information across ports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare, organise and distribute shipment documentation, including CNF copy sets, and maintain filing systems.
• Monitor vehicle arrivals for damage, document findings with photos and reports, and follow up on resolutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in administration, logistics, stock control, operations or a related area.
• Experience in automotive, logistics, shipping or supply chain operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

• Salary AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, all‑inclusive, based on experience.
• Eligibility for own visa or freelance visa candidates.
