Bus Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a professional and decisive Bus Team Leader to join our transportation team in Abu Dhabi. You will oversee bus operations, ensure safety and efficiency, and motivate your team to deliver excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of bus drivers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
• Coordinate daily bus operations, including route assignments and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, conducting regular safety inspections.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper vehicle upkeep.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in bus operations or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience with strong team‑management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays; fluency in English, Arabic a plus.
