Store Inspector – Logistics Operations

About the role

The Store Inspector supports the Logistics Supervisor in ensuring that all materials, components and tooling meet regulatory and company standards within Etihad Airways’ technical operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and record stock, updating inventory systems according to TPM processes.
• Re‑order parts, verify documentation, and check for damages, shortages or incorrect supplies.
• Store accepted items in correct bin locations and label all issued material.
• Monitor shelf life and calibration status of tools, handling expired items appropriately.
• Complete shift handover logs and ensure compliance with GCAA/EASA/MOE documentation requirements.
• Handle Dangerous Goods (DGR) and Electro‑Static Discharge (ESD) items in line with regulations.
• Arrange FSK and PFSC parts, including outstation replenishment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in airline or MRO environments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and under pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AMOS inventory management system.
