Store Manager – Eleventy, Dubai Mall

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Eleventy store located in Dubai Mall, driving sales performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to Majid Al Futtaim Lifestyle, you will be fully accountable for daily store operations and team development.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability while maintaining brand and company image.
• Lead, coach, and mentor store teams to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Monitor stock levels, analyze best‑selling and slow‑moving items, and develop action plans to boost sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, security, and cash handling procedures.
• Oversee in‑store processes including cash intake, stockroom management, and inventory administration.
• Provide analytical feedback to Operations, Buying and Planning on product performance, pricing and competitive activities.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of industry experience with a managerial background.
• Proven track record of maximizing business performance.
• Strong understanding of key customer segments and ability to guide the team.
• Ability to identify critical paths, make decisive decisions and engage stakeholders promptly.
