Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

As a Store Manager you will act as the face of FENDI in Abu Dhabi, championing the brand’s DNA while driving sales and delivering an exceptional luxury experience. You will lead a team of sales professionals, coach them daily, and ensure that every client interaction reflects FENDI’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store performance against KPIs and implement action plans to improve results.
• Lead the sales process, set targets for the team and individual staff, and track progress.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and local trading environment to adjust strategies.
• Oversee daily operations, stock procedures, visual merchandising and internal controls.
• Maintain high‑quality customer service, develop loyal clients and organise in‑store events.
• Act as brand ambassador for VIP clients and improve mystery‑shopper scores.
• Collaborate with HR on recruitment, training needs and talent development.
• Prepare and submit sales and operational reports in line with company policies.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in fashion/luxury sales, with 5‑7 years in a top‑location retail management role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Goal‑oriented, multitasking ability and a customer‑centric mindset.
