Store Manager – Luxury Fashion Retail

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead the Maison Margiela boutique in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all daily operations, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience, and driving sales performance in line with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and visual merchandising.
• Lead, coach and schedule store staff, fostering a motivated team that meets performance targets.
• Achieve sales and profitability goals by implementing strategies, controlling expenses and monitoring key performance indicators.
• Maintain accurate inventory, oversee stock replenishment and ensure compliance with brand visual standards.
• Develop and nurture a high‑value client base through personalized follow‑up, appointment scheduling and detailed client records.
• Stay informed of fashion trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to drive sales and brand relevance.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the network to achieve overall business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury or high‑end fashion retail management.
• Strong leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Organisational and multitasking abilities, capable of prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Deep knowledge of fashion trends and the luxury market.
