Store Manager – Telecom Retail

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the daily operations of a telecom franchise store in Dubai, driving sales of Etisalat plans, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance with company policies and telecom regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell Etisalat plans to businesses, institutions, government entities and Emirati customers.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly and meet service KPIs such as response time and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with audit teams for internal, external and TRA audits and participate in mystery‑shopping initiatives.
• Supervise store operations, schedule staff, delegate tasks and monitor performance of CSR and DM teams.
• Set and achieve store KPIs, manage reporting and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
• Train employees on processes, assess performance and provide on‑the‑job coaching.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom or retail sales.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and business objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
