Store Supervisor – Luxury Retail

About the role

The Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience for the Swarovski brand. You will help drive sales, maintain visual standards, and ensure smooth store operations in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in managing team performance, scheduling, and achieving sales targets.
• Maintain store and brand merchandising standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, manage VIP guest relationships, and resolve customer complaints.
• Utilise technology tools such as the clienteling app, OMS, and Business Whatsapp to enhance the customer experience.
• Support community projects and events with minimal supervision.
• Monitor market trends, product updates, and competitor activity, providing feedback to back‑office teams.
• Create and maintain staff schedules, ensuring full coverage and grooming standards.

• Strong communication skills to convey priorities and feedback between the team, Store Manager, and HR.
