Storekeeper – Hotel Operations

About the role

The Storekeeper will manage all goods and deliveries entering and leaving DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. You will ensure that items are received, stored, and distributed accurately, supporting the smooth operation of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Organise and store items while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Coordinate timely distribution of supplies to hotel departments.
• Record all inventory movements and keep documentation up‑to‑date.
• Follow Hilton’s purchasing, procurement, safety and inventory control policies.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or supply‑chain certification is a plus.
• Physically fit with the ability to lift and move stock as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational abilities.
