Storekeeper

About the role

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Storekeeper for Hilton, you will help brighten guests' stays by ensuring the hotel’s supplies are purchased, received and managed efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support procurement operations by assisting with purchasing materials, researching prices and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies.
• Process and verify deliveries, checking them against purchase orders, invoices and specifications.
• Fulfill requisitions by issuing and delivering items to hotel departments, maintaining appropriate stock levels and notifying supervisors of low or out‑of‑stock items.
• Process invoices, verify accuracy, scan documents and follow up on discrepancies to ensure timely payment.
• Assist with inventory tracking through routine inventories, data entry of received merchandise and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
