Storekeeper – MEP Maintenance

About the role

SBK Real Estate is hiring an experienced Storekeeper to manage MEP maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in Dubai. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, safe storage, material issuance, stock replenishment, and coordination with maintenance and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store MEP materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Issue materials to maintenance teams against approved requests.
• Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, and inventory transfers.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock audits and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and safely store inventory items.
• Prepare inventory reports and maintain complete stock documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of storekeeper experience, preferably in MEP maintenance or facilities management.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance materials.
• Experience using inventory‑management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, communication, and record‑keeping skills.
• Ability to maintain inventory accuracy and perform under pressure.
• Availability to work in Dubai.
