Strategic Key Accounts Manager – Data Center Engineer

About the role

Based in Dubai, Eaton’s Middle East hub, the Strategic Key Accounts Manager – Data Center Engineer will drive growth of Eaton’s data‑center business across large international and national operators. The role focuses on building revenue, managing complex multi‑country projects and positioning Eaton as a leading power‑management partner for data‑centre customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial account plans to meet targets for sales, orders, pipeline, product mix and profitability.
• Identify and nurture relationships with decision‑makers, consultants and contractors influencing data‑centre projects.
• Capture client challenges, align Eaton’s portfolio to solutions and oversee technical and commercial bid responses.
• Coordinate hand‑over to project management, services and support teams after order award.
• Provide market and competitor intelligence, report account performance and guide internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the data‑centre industry in a growth or account‑management role.
• Proven ability to influence senior customers and lead complex commercial situations.
• Strong technical and engineering presence with deep knowledge of data‑centre design and operations.
