Strategy Analyst

About the role

ClearGrid is an AI‑driven fintech focused on debt collection and resolution in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. As a Strategy Analyst in the Founder’s Office, you will own strategic analysis across pricing, market research, competitive intelligence, and the insight work that informs board, investor, and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic business intelligence including pricing analysis, market expansion research, and competitive landscaping.
• Investigate the root causes behind performance shifts by digging into data, call recordings, and stakeholder conversations.
• Develop clear, actionable recommendations for leadership on collections, compliance, resourcing, and commercial decisions.
• Prepare decks, reports, and analyses for board, investor, and client presentations.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities through cross‑client performance comparisons.
• Design experiments and measure outcomes to support data‑driven decision making.
• Lead strategic projects from the Founder’s Office as company priorities evolve.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong problem‑solving skills using structured business frameworks.
• Excellent qualitative research abilities, including call reviews and stakeholder interviews.
• Proven experience building board‑ and client‑ready presentations and presenting to senior executives.
• Sound business acumen with the ability to uncover deeper insights beyond obvious conclusions.
• Adaptable, self‑directed, and comfortable working across all departments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern analytics and AI tooling.
• Experience using BI dashboards such as Tableau.
• SQL knowledge for data extraction and analysis.
