Strategy & Assurance Officer

About the role

The Strategy & Assurance Officer will coordinate with Business Unit stakeholders to deliver strategy and assurance outcomes aligned with the corporate plan. The role supports long‑term strategic planning, performance management, quality, risk, CSR and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the BU champion for strategy, risk management, quality and other assurance activities.
• Prepare and submit monthly Balanced Scorecard, Business Excellence Plan updates and related reports.
• Develop and deploy improvement plans in line with corporate Business Assurance initiatives.
• Coordinate with EHSQ and CRC teams to implement assurance plans, conduct audits and validate processes.
• Maintain documentation, ensure data confidentiality and provide administrative support for audits and external visits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); PG Diploma/PG Degree and professional certification are desirable.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably in strategy, EHSQ, facilities or waste management.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently.
