Strategy Business Partner - Associate

About the role

Join JPMorgan Chase in Dubai as a Strategy Business Partner – Associate, supporting the MENA franchise across Investment Banking and the new Regional Headquarters in Saudi Arabia. You will work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic analysis and driving key initiatives that shape business performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior business managers to support strategic initiatives across MENA Investment Banking, Global Banking and country‑related projects.
• Prepare and deliver strategic analysis, financial presentations and business reviews for senior management.
• Develop tailored presentations for town‑halls, senior visitors and regulators.
• Analyze and report business trends, performance metrics and financial results to inform decision‑making.
• Support the setup and maintenance of the RHQ operating model in Saudi Arabia.
• Track and report P&L, expenses and headcount for the MENA franchise.
• Maintain the deal pipeline, collaborating with bankers to monitor revenue forecasts.
• Conduct external performance analysis using Dealogic and other tools, including competitor benchmarking.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and dashboarding.
• Collaborate with Planning & Analysis, risk, legal, compliance and control teams to ensure accurate reporting.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to prepare strategic and financial analyses.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders and regulators.
• Experience supporting business initiatives in a cross‑regional environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and lines of business.
