Strategy Consultant

About the role

The Strategy Consultant will join KPMG’s Global Strategy Group in the Middle East, supporting high‑impact projects across public sector, transport & logistics, and energy & utilities. You will work closely with client executive teams to shape ambitious strategies and drive operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in one or more client engagements, delivering high‑quality insights and outcomes.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines and budgets to meet revenue and profitability targets.
• Provide technical knowledge, coaching and development to junior team members.
• Contribute to business development by preparing proposals and thought leadership pieces.
• Support practice development initiatives and sector‑specific programs.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in a strategy consulting firm.
• MBA or postgraduate diploma in business, finance or economics from a top‑tier university.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and cognitive skills with a curiosity for new ideas.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Experience in the UAE or broader Middle East is a plus.
• Sector experience in Public Sector, Transport & Logistics or Energy & Utilities.
