Strategy Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑calibre Strategy Manager to join our team immediately. The role supports annual planning, strategic initiatives, and business performance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual and strategic planning process, including senior leadership workshops, pre‑reads and planning materials.
• Conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking and commercial analysis.
• Support weekly business reviews, monthly performance updates and investor/board presentations.
• Drive AI‑related commercial use cases, defining requirements, coordinating vendors and implementing AI‑driven productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and deliver results with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Strong strategy consulting background, preferably from leading strategy firms.
• Proven experience delivering strategy and operations projects and the ability to ramp up quickly.
• Excellent analytical, commercial and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make an immediate impact.
