About the role

Wellfit Masaar is seeking a dynamic Strength & Conditioning Coach to join its flagship facility in Sharjah. The successful candidate will work directly with members to design and deliver performance‑driven training programs that help them achieve their health, fitness and athletic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop personalized strength and conditioning programs based on individual assessments.
• Conduct group and one‑on‑one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans and provide feedback to maximise performance.
• Promote a motivating and inclusive gym environment that aligns with Wellfit’s brand standards.
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and integrate innovative training methods.
