Structural Design Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer to join our Dubai office on a full‑time, onsite basis. The successful candidate will design and review structural systems for a variety of high‑rise buildings, performing analysis, calculations and detailed drawing production in close collaboration with architects and other engineering disciplines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and prepare design calculations.
• Develop detailed structural drawings and 3D models.
• Coordinate design efforts with architects, MEP and civil engineers.
• Participate in design meetings and resolve structural issues.
• Prepare documentation, reports and support value‑engineering and quality‑assurance activities.

Required profile

• Dubai Municipality qualification for unlimited‑floor structural design and site supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering; professional registration is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of design codes, standards and high‑rise building practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
