Structural Inspector – Civil Site Supervision

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Civil Inspector to join our supervision team on an exciting tower project in Dubai. The role focuses on overseeing on‑site civil works, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards and local regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities and report any non‑conformances.
- Verify work against approved drawings and material specifications.
- Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the site.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues promptly.
Required profile
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably on towers or high‑rise projects.
- Familiarity with UAE local building codes and QA/QC protocols.
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
Required skills
- Civil engineering principles.
- Site supervision and inspection.
- Quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
