Structural Inspector - Site

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our supervision team in Dubai. You will ensure that all structural works on site comply with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and UAE authority regulations, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of all structural works, verifying compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor contractor activities to ensure construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
• Identify deviations and non‑conformities, issuing Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) with actionable recommendations.
• Review and validate inspections related to concrete, reinforcement, formwork, structural steel, foundations, waterproofing interfaces, and other structural elements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and specialists to resolve structural issues and confirm corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent collaborative and transparent communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and enforce IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and UAE authority regulations.
