Structural Inspector – Site

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Structural Inspector to join our supervision team in Dubai. You will ensure that all structural works on‑site are executed in strict compliance with approved IFC drawings, shop drawings, method statements and UAE authority regulations, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections of structural works, verifying full compliance with IFC drawings, shop drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Monitor contractor activities and confirm that construction practices meet UAE authority requirements and international standards.
• Identify deviations and non‑conformities, issuing Site Observation Reports (SOR) and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCR) with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Review and validate inspection documentation, ensuring accurate records are maintained on digital inspection platforms.
• Collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• At least 8 years of experience in structural inspection, QA/QC or related civil engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, international standards and construction best practices.
• Proven ability to produce clear technical reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
