Student Discipline Supervisor

About the role

The International School of Choueifat – DIP is seeking a dedicated Student Discipline Supervisor to maintain a safe and orderly learning environment. You will oversee daily student conduct, coordinate movement between classes, and support teachers in fostering a respectful atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct corridor, bathroom, and classroom checks before the school day begins.
• Coordinate student line‑up and recess supervision with SLO® prefects.
• Manage transition times between classes to minimize downtime.
• Mentor students on the importance of discipline and a safe learning environment.
• Maintain quiet entry into classrooms after breaks and ensure timely attendance.
• Enter attendance, infractions, and other data into the SABIS® School Management System.
• Communicate with parents regarding absences and disciplinary matters.
• Observe classes to ensure a calm atmosphere and intervene in bullying or fighting.
• Inform students of disciplinary actions such as detention.
• Accompany students to the bus area and verify correct bus assignments.
• Prepare daily reports on teacher observations, student infractions, and complaints.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss behavior concerns.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by school management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient or native level English communication.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
