About the role
The Student Life Coordinator leads the SABIS Student Life Organization® (SLO®) to empower students, enhance the school environment, and raise academic standards. This role contributes to the holistic development of students as responsible, world‑class citizens.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee all activities of the Student Life (SL) departments and manage the SLO® team.
- Recruit, train, and support student prefects, developing their academic, managerial, and leadership skills.
- Coordinate with Academic, Behavioral, and Department Heads to align SLO® initiatives with academic and disciplinary goals.
- Motivate students to participate actively in school life and continuous improvement projects.
- Report regularly to the School Director and SABIS Corporate Director on performance, challenges, and achievements.
- Ensure compliance with SABIS principles and request support when needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Ability to inspire and lead student teams.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
