About the role

Join Chalhoub Group as a Student Part‑Time Fashion Consultant and help deliver exceptional luxury retail experiences in Dubai. You will work on the shop floor, supporting sales targets while contributing to customer relationship initiatives and in‑store marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while providing outstanding guest experiences.
• Collect and analyse data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow‑moving items for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships through an omni‑channel approach and provide pre‑buying product feedback.
• Support CRM, CX and other customer‑focused initiatives, ensuring accurate data capture.
• Promote the loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up‑to‑date with app offerings.
• Assist with in‑store marketing events, activations and visual‑merchandising compliance.
• Ensure click‑and‑collect orders are processed within service‑level agreements.
• Monitor brand social‑media campaigns and contribute to sell‑through strategies.

Required profile

• Current student seeking part‑time employment.
• Interest in luxury fashion and retail environments.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai.
• Motivation to support Emiratisation initiatives.
