About the role

Abu Dhabi University is looking for a dynamic Student Recruitment Officer to join its Admissions, Enrollment & IRO department at the Dubai campus. This full‑time position focuses on attracting and enrolling a diverse student body while supporting the university’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet enrollment targets.
  • Conduct outreach initiatives and represent the university at events and fairs.
  • Provide personalized assistance to prospective and newly admitted students throughout the admission process.
  • Maintain accurate records in the university’s ERP system and generate regular reports.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless enrollment experience.

Required profile

  • Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication, collaboration and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Detail‑oriented with a focus on accountability and institutional alignment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with ERP systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
